The frequency of use depends on your hair type and individual needs.  However, we recommend using them at least 3-5 times per week and following instructions on the product labels for best results.

Yes.  Our hair care range is safe for use on coloured hair and chemically treated hair.  Our formulas are designed to help maintain colour and nourish damaged hair strands.

Results may differ depending on individual factors such as hair type, the condition of the hair and the frequency of use. However, with consistent use you will notice an improvement in your hair health within 8-10 weeks.

Children have thinner and more sensitive skin and scalp. Our products can be used on children over the age of 4 but less frequently, about 1-2 times per week.  We recommend using the Fragrance-free Oh Shea Shea Butter rather than introducing the hair oil to your kids hair routine at this stage.

Our products are formulated using naturals ingredients sourced from plants, botanicals and essential oils, free from sulfates, parabens and silicones.

Yes. Our Puleng hair and scalp spray and The Tinky length retention oil help reduce hair shedding and breakage and will help combat a thinning hair line.

They are both formulated to improve hair growth and strengthen the hair strands. When used regularly, you will notice fuller hair growth, longer hair strands due to reduced shedding and a healthier well-nourished scalp.

Yes, our skin care range is created to be gentle yet effective for a variety of skin types, including oily, dry, combination and sensitive skin.

It is advisable however, to check the ingredients list if you have any known allergies or sensitivities.

While our products are generally well-tolerated by people with sensitive skin, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before incorporating new products into your skincare routine.

A body scrub is designed to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin smoother and softer. It helps improve circulation, improve cell turnover and enhances the skin's ability to absorb other skincare products.

It is recommended that you use a body scrub 2 - 3 times a week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Apply the scrub in gentle circular motions in the shower or bath. Our scrub is gentle when used on damp skin, but for a more abrasive scrub use on clean dry skin then rinse with lukewarm water.  Always follow up with a body butter or moisturizer.

It is best to use a separate exfoliating product for your face. The skin on your face is more delicate and our scrub is formulated for more thicker skin on the body.
